Registration provides a unique identification for each shopper and helps us to trace orders in cases where there are queries or problems. Registration is simple. A shopper must provide an email address and a password. The email address and password will be required for login to FairPrice's online supermarket.       Delivery Information back to top   To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. When you place your order, you will have the option to select your own date of delivery. Once you have finalised your order and select your delivery date, a nominal amount of delivery charge will be applied. Kindly note that delivery is only available on mainland Singapore. Delivery Schedule: Orders Received Delivery Slots Available Before 9.30am (a) Same day delivery between 2.00pm to 9.00pm (b) Next working day between 10.30am to 2.00pm (c) Next working day between 2.00pm to 9.00pm After 9.30am (a) Next working day between 2.00pm to 9.00pm Although we accept your orders 24 hours a day, our deliveries are available from Mondays to Fridays, 10.30am to 9pm; and on Saturdays, from 10.30am to 6pm. There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders received on these days will be delivered on the next working day after 2pm. Customers or their representatives must be available to receive their purchases. In the event that customers or their representatives are not present to receive the delivery,a collection slip will be left at the premises to notify the customer and another delivery time will be arranged. Charges by our logistics partner will be computed based on the purchase amount. The rates are computed as follows: Order Amount Charges $80 and below S$8.00(Excluding GST) Above $80 S$5 (Excluding GST)         Finding Products back to top   Simply type the product name in the search box at the upper left hand corner of the page and a list of matching items will be displayed. Alternatively, you may wish to browse our online catalogue by clicking on the various product categories. Don't forget to check out our promotion specials by clicking on Promotions.       Placing an Order back to top   Once you have added at least one product to your shopping cart, you may confirm your order by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the Place Order page. Next, you will be prompted to check your order again before it is being processed. Once your order has been submitted, you will be shown a confirmation screen with details of your order. You will be able to print the order confirmation page for your own reference. We recommend that you print or save all your correspondence with us to avoid unnecessary disputes and to allow us to resolve any issues promptly. The rate of rebate is determined at the Co-operative's Annual General Meeting and rebates are paid annually based on purchases made during the last financial year (from 1 Apr of current year to 31 Mar of following year), up to a maximum of $6,000 per annum.
