Welcome to NTUC FairPrice Online
We welcome customers to browse and compare prices. It is important that you go through the policies and understand them before registration. It will help you to understand how FairPrice Online operates and ensures that we serve you fairly. Only registered customers are able to place orders through FairPrice Online. Guest shoppers may only browse but cannot place orders.

Registration provides a unique identification for each shoppers, and helps us trace all orders in cases where there are queries or problems.

Registration is simple and done only by a shopper. A shopper must provide an unique email and Password. The email and password will be required for login to FairPrice Online.

Corporate Members Registration
Customers representing their companies/institutions can sign up under the "Corporate Register" on our homepage. Being a corporate member entitles you a 2% discount off non-promotion items on the website. However, Corporate members are not entitled to Fairprice Membership Rebates if you are a Fairprice Member.

Operations
Deliveries are available in Singapore mainland only. Depending on when your orders are received by us, you would have the following options:

After 9:30 a.m.	a)  Next working day between 2:00pm to 9:00pm

Although we accept your orders 24 hours a day, our deliveries are available from Mondays to Fridays, 1030am to 9pm; and on Saturdays, from 1030am to 6pm. There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders received on these days will be delivered on the next working day after 2pm.

Deliveries are made on the premise that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases. In the event that customers or their representatives are not present to receive the delivery, a notification slip will be left at the premise to notify the customer and another delivery time will be arranged.

We practise a fair and transparent system of passing delivery charges, on a cost-to-cost basis, directly to customers who need our delivery services. As we do not build delivery costs into our product prices, you can always be assured that you are paying similar prices as compared to shopping in our physical stores. Neither will you be subsidising another shopper who has purchased a heavier shopping load than you. This also means that you are entitled to enjoy convenience of our delivery service without the need of meeting a minimum amount of purchase each time.

Charges by our logistics partner will be computed based on the purchase amount. The rates are computed as follows:

$80 and below	S$8.00(Excluding GST)
Above $80	S$5 (Excluding GST)

Currently, FairPrice Online is only able to serve the need of individual households and offices in Singapore mainland. FairPrice Online reserves the right to reject orders that are deemed trading in nature. That is, orders with extraordinary large quantity for household or office usage. We will reject and refund the order made through credit card refund. 

Payment
Cash and Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard only) are accepted for online payment. Payment information are transmitted through secure payment channel using our secure server and Secure Socket Layer.

Others
Photograph and images featured on the FairPrice Online are representation of actual products only and variation may apply from time to time. Every care is taken to ensure that product representation and information are as accurate as possible.

FairPrice Online cannot be held responsibility for any inaccuracy or omission. FairPrice Online will attempt its best to fulfill orders placed by shoppers. In the event that an ordered product is not available, FairPrice Online reserves the right to replace it with a similar item of equivalent value.

Prices quoted on FairPrice Online are strictly applicable to this Internet Online Service only and are subjected to change without prior notice. Special offers are valid while stock lasts.

Customers are strongly advised to check the item purchased at the time of acceptance to avoid any possible dispute. All products leaving our distribution centre have been checked for quality and accurate quantity. However, we will replace any defective products that do not meet our customers expectation.

We regret that all Online orders are not entitled to promotion/lucky draws run by NTUC Fairprice Supermarkets, unless otherwise stated.
