  • PREPARATION

    1. Cook in 1 litre of boiling water for 2.5 minutes, do not add salt and stir constantly to prevent sticking
    2. Remove with strainer, rinse cooked noodle under running cold water few times, drain well, set aside to cool
    3. Place cooled cooked noodle in a bowl filled with cold water and ice
    4. Pick and dip the noodle into the sauce

  • STORAGE

    Seal and store in the cool, dark and dry place
