  • PREPARATION

    1. No rinsing needed
    2. Measure rice and water, ratio 1:1.5
    3. Soak rice for 60 minutes, optional for best flavour
    4. Heat until water boils
    5. Cover and keep on high heat for 8 minutes
    6. Switch to low heat and simmer for 12 minutes
    7. Turn heat to high for 30 seconds and remove pot from heat
    8. Keep lid on, letting rice sit for 20 minutes before serving
