    Directions:
    Cook noodle in rapid boiling water for 4 minutes (salt or oil is not needed)
    For Stir-Fry:
    1. Cook noodle in rapid boiling water for 3 minutes (noodles will receive extra cooking in the wok)
    2. Drain, then rinse well with cold water
    Drain again
    To Reheat:
    Briefly submerge in hot water
