    For cooking:
    Cook organic udon in rapid boiling water for 10 minutes (salt or oil is not needed)
    For stir-fry:
    1. Cook orgainic udon in rapid boiling water for 8 minutes (noodles will receive extra cooking in the wok)
    2. Drain and rinse well with cold water
    3. Drain again
