  • PREPARATION

    Pre-cooking:
    1. Rinse the rice thoroughly
    2. For best result, soak rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking
    Measure:
    1 cup of rice with 1.5 cups of water (ratio 1:1:5)
    Cooking method:
    1. Put the soaked rice in the rice cooker
    2. Add in the advised water ratio
    3. Switch on cooker and wait for the rice cooker to turn from "cook" to "warm" mode
    4. Allow the rice to steam for 5 minutes before serving
