How to Register?

If you are a new user to FairPrice Online, please follow these simple steps to register:

  • Click on "Sign In" link on the top, you will be taken to the Sign In page.
  • In the right section, below New User, click on the "Register" button to bring you to Registration page.
  • Please fill in all the necessary details and click on "Submit" button at the end of page.
  • You will then be taken to the Sign In page for activation of your account.  You will also receive a confirmation email in your chosen email account with an activation link.
  • Click on the activation link, your account will be activated.
  • From now onwards, you can login using your username and password which you chose while registering.

How do I Manage my Account?

 You can manage your account by clicking "My Account" after signing in - for updating your profile and changing passwords. You can change the Billing Or Delivery addresses while you are at the Order Confirmation Page.

Please note that changes made in this page will not be saved for any subsequent orders nor will overwrite the registered addresses in My Account Page. For permanent change in addresses, please amend them in My Account Page.

  • Browse through our Online catalogue.
  • Tick the item you would like to purchase from Product display page.
  • Indicate the quantity you need (Minimum order quantity is 1. Kindly remove those items from Shopping List or Shopping Cart which you do not wish to purchase).
  • Click "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
  • You can carry on adding items into the Shopping Cart in this manner.
  • Complete the Checkout Process (see "How do I complete the Checkout Process?" below). 
  • If you do not wish to checkout at this point, the items chosen will be saved in your Shopping Cart provided that you are a registered user.


How do I Search for Products?

Simply type the product name in the search box at the top right hand corner of the page and a list of matching items will be displayed.  Alternatively, you may wish to browse our online catalogue by clicking on the various product categories.

You can search by keying in the general product category e.g. toothpaste; and/or brand name.  You may also input keywords within double quotes ("") for exact search.

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express)
    If you choose this mode of payment, you will be asked to provide credit card details upon checking out.
  • Cash on Delivery.
  • Cheque on Delivery (applicable for corporate customers only, cheques should be crossed and made payable to: NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Ltd).
  • For Cash and Cheque upon delivery, FairPrice Online also accepts FairPrice vouchers and U-Stretch vouchers as part of the payment.

Shopping Cart provides registered user an overall view of items to be brought; giving detailed display of the product pricing, packing size and image.


For adding items into the Shopping Cart, please refer to "How do I Order?" section. Items in shopping cart can be added to any Shopping Lists, when you click "Add Items to Shopping Lists".

There are two ways to view the Shopping Cart:

  • Mini Shopping Cart View: this list appears on the right side of the page when you add an item to the Shopping Cart, with brief description of items selected.
  • Main Shopping Cart View: click onto “My Shopping Cart” link in the mini shopping cart or the cart icon at top of the page will bring you to the main shopping cart view.  This list provides a detailed display of product pricing, packing size and image.

Shopping List is provided for your convenience, hence, it will be easier for you to keep lists of daily or weekly purchases.  Lists are saved in our database; you can amend and retrieve them any time before the Checkout Process.  You can save up to three Shopping Lists.

 Only registered users can make use of the Shopping List.

  • If you are an unregistered user, please go through the registration process first.
  • Choose the items and quantity you wish to add in the Shopping List, click "Add to Shopping List". You have the option to include the chosen item and quantity into one or more list by clicking to the respective Shopping List. Click "Save".
  • You can edit the name of Shopping List as required by clicking "edit name" on My Shopping List page.
  • You can view and amend all details of each Shopping List by clicking "details" on My Shopping List page.
  • By clicking onto "Express Checkout" button of the Shopping List, you will proceed to checking process.

Access to Shopping List:

  • Once you sign in as a registered user, you will be taken to My Account page where "View Shopping List" is provided.
  • You can also click onto "My Shopping List" from any of the product pages.

How do I complete the Checkout Process?

  • From Shopping Cart view, click on "Checkout" button, review your order and then click "Confirm" button.
  • From Shopping List view, click on "Express Checkout" button, review your order and then click "Confirm" button.
  • If you have chosen Credit Card as the payment mode, you would be taken to the payment screen for enter credit card details, then click “Confirm” to confirm payment.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will be able to print the order confirmation page for your own reference. We recommend that your print or save all your correspondence with us to avoid unnecessary disputes and to allow us to resolve any issues promptly. If you see any error on your order at his point, or have any questions or comments, you can contact us at Online Hotline: 6844 4550 (Office Hours Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5:30pm; Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm)for assistance.

Once payment mode has been selected and order has been submitted, amendment of payment mode is not possible. Customers are advised to double check which mode of payment is preferred before clicking the "Confirm" button.

Customers are strongly advised to check the items purchased at the time of acceptance to avoid any possible dispute.

You could make changes to your purchases before payment (Checkout Process) if you wish.

  • Update the quantity of the items you wish to purchase, or remove items if you choose not to buy them.
  • Decide when your order has to be delivered by choosing the delivery date and time.
  • You can select the mode of payment according to your choice.
  • Enter or edit the billing or delivery address for your order.
  • If you wish to leave any notes or remarks for your order, type in the message in "Special Instructions". Whilst we try our best to ensure Special Instructions are followed, we reserve the right not to fulfill any special requests.
  • For Hamper ordered, you can type in the recipient's name in "Special Instructions" before Checkout process.

We guarantee that every transaction you make at FairPrice Online will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at FairPrice Online.

FairPrice Member Patronage Rebate   Back To Top

If you are a FairPrice member, you will receive patronage rebate when you shop at FairPrice Online. The rate of rebate is determined at the Co-operative’s Annual General Meeting and rebates are paid annually based on purchases made during the last financial year (from 1 Apr of current year to 31 Mar of following year), up to a maximum of $6,000 per annum. The rebate will be issued according to the NRIC number that you have submitted at “My Account” page when you register with us. Click here to find out how you can become a FairPrice member.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. When you place your order, you will have the option to select your date of delivery. Once you have finalized your order and select your delivery date, a nominal amount of delivery charge is applicable. Kindly note that delivery is only available on mainland Singapore.

Although we accept your orders 24 hours a day, our deliveries are available from Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 9pm; and on Saturdays, from 10am to 9pm. There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders received on Sundays and Public Holidays will be delivered on the second working day after 10am.

Customers or their representatives must be available to receive their purchases. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which the customer cannot be present to receive the goods in the requested time window, an additional delivery charge of $12.84 (with GST) will be imposed for another delivery to be made.  If the customer does not want the order anymore, there would be an order cancellation fee of $53.50 (with GST). Additional delivery charge will be imposed for bulk order after unsuccessful first delivery; delivery charges will be the same amount as per initial bulk order delivery.

If your premises require special pass for entry, please indicate in the Special Instructions before the order is processed.

Charges by our logistics partner will be computed based on the purchase amount. The rates are computed as follows:
