  • PREPARATION

    Steaming:
    Place frozen dumplings on a steamer or an electric food warmer for 15 minutes or so then serve when ready (No need to defrost)
    Boiling:
    1. Drop frozen dumplings into a pot of boiling water (No defrosting)
    2. Stir them gently to prevent sticking
    3. Add cold water three times when boiling and dumplings floating
    4. Open the pot lid and shortly dumplings are ready to service
    Pan Frying:
    1. Partially throw frozen dumplings
    2. Heat the oil and lay them on the pan
    3. Add a little clear water and cover pan with lid
    4. Simmer over low heat until dumplings are golden brown on the bottom then serve when ready
    Frying:
    1. Partially throw frozen dumplings
    2. Heat the oil to 170°C - 180°C and place them on the pan
    3. Slowly fry over low heat until they are golden brown
    4. Or deep fry dumplings coated with batter for a crispier and fresher taste

  • STORAGE

    • Keep frozen at -18°C or below
    • Do not refreeze after defrosting
