• All freshly cut items should be consumed within the day of purchase.
• Actual garnishes may vary based on item availability in stores.
• Pre-ordered Cheese and Cold Cuts Platters must be collected from the same participating store where the order was placed.
• Items in the platters are fixed and cannot be changed.
• All pre-orders must be placed at least five (5) days prior to your desired collection date.
• Actual platters may vary from the catalogue due to illustration purposes
• In an event that item in cheese platter is out of stock, customer will be notified 2 days before the collection date.
• Prices are subject to GST.
• For self-pickup orders, you must collect your item within the stated collection date. Uncollected items after this period may be disposed of without refund.
• In the event of a cancellation request after 24 hours (but before production), a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
• Refunds & Exchanges: No cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed once production has commenced.
