- Campaign Period: This campaign is valid from the launch date while stocks last.
- Qualifying Spend & Eligibility
• Customers are entitled to one (1) Wobble Head Blind Box for every $80.00 spent in a single transaction at any participating FairPrice Finest store (“Qualifying Spend”).
• The mechanic operates on a pro-rata basis (e.g., a $160.00 spend entitles the customer to two (2) units).
• This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. - Nature of the Promotion
The provision of a Wobble Head is ancillary to the primary retail transaction and is exclusively structured as a Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) promotion. Wobble Heads are not available for individual or separate purchase. Upon meeting the Qualifying Spend requirement, the Customer is guaranteed one (1) unit. Designs are assigned randomly at the point of redemption and cannot be chosen or exchanged by the customer. - Disclosure of Odds
In accordance with transparency guidelines for randomized rewards, the probability of receiving each Wobble Head design is based on a total production of 11,490 units:
• Proud Little Champion: 8/30 | 26.67% (3,064 units)
• Super Goalie: 7/30 | 23.33% (2,681 units)
• Little Goal Hero: 7/30 | 23.33% (2,681 units)
• Tiny Star Kicker: 7/30 | 23.33% (2,681 units)
• Cheer Buddy (Rare): 1/30 | 3.33% (383 units) - Exclusions
Purchases of FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards, cigarettes, and/or lottery products are excluded from the qualifying spend. - Redemption & Refunds
Redemption must be made at the Customer Service Counter of the store where the purchase was made. Partial or full refunds of qualifying purchases may result in the forfeiture of the redeemed gift. No exchanges, refunds, or replacements will be provided for redeemed Wobble Heads except in the case of manufacturing defects. - Regulatory Compliance & Record Keeping
FairPrice Group will maintain detailed records of the distribution and marketing of this campaign for a period of five (5) years for audit purposes by the relevant authorities.
FairPrice Finest reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw these terms to ensure ongoing compliance with the relevant regulations.
