Beehive Cheese is made from some of the creamiest milk in Utah, which gives the cheddar its signature butteriness.
The cheese wheels are then hand-rubbed with various fragrant and delicious ingredients such as espresso and lavender (Barely Buzzed), honey and ancient sea salt (Seahive), Earl Grey tea (Teahive) and more to allow the flavour of the rind to permeate throughout the cheese during the ageing process.
