Gooda® is a Cheeseland invention which uses the same ingredients as normal Gouda, but with extra cream to make the cheese more creamy and delicious.
The cheese is then infused with natural ingredients such as Italian black truffles (Truffe Noire), basil and garlic (Basil & Garlic), and even nettles (Fine Herbs) for a tangy aroma that adds a pleasant kick.
This Gouda-style cheese is easy to melt, grate or slice.
