FairPrice Grocery Pick-up - Digital Form
  1. Scan the QR code or click the ‘Order Now’ button
  2. Select preferred store & choose your items
  3. Submit your order
  4. Confirmation will be sent via Whatsapp
  5. Pay & collect your items at the Pick-up point

Order submitted via digital form will be ready within 2 hours upon order acknowledgement.

FairPrice Grocery Pick-up - Hard Copy Form
  1. Collect the form at any of our 5 participating stores
  2. Choose your items
  3. Submit your order via our customer service/atrium
  4. Confirmation will be sent via Whatsapp
  5. Pay & collect your items at the Pick-up point

Order submitted via hard copy form will be ready within 30 minutes after order submission.

The same set of purchase limits at the store applies to Grocery Pick-up as well

To ensure the safety of everyone, please wear a mask to shop or when picking up your groceries, and keep at least a safe distance of 1m apart to observe social distancing.

  1. Will there be LinkPoints / rebates given?
    Yes, LinkPoints and rebates will be awarded accordingly during payment at the pick-up point.
  2. Is Pioneer/Merdeka/Senior discount given for purchases made?
    Yes, Pioneer/Merdeka/Senior citizens discount will be given on the allocated days during payment for Self collection Pick-up upon verification. For Drive-through Pick-up, Seniors/Merdeka generation needs to be present with the physical card when making payment at the pick-up point for verification purpose.
  3. Can I pay by cash if I choose to do a Drive-through Pick-up?
    No, cash is not accepted if you choose Drive-through Pick-up as your mode of collection.
  4. What are the types of credit cards accepted for Drive-through Pick-up?
    We accept NETS, NETS flashpay, NETS cashcard, NETS QR, VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, China Union Pay and JCB.
  5. Is Drive-through Pick-up available for all 5 participating stores?
    No. This mode of collection is currently available only at FairPrice Finest Marine Parade Central and FairPrice Finest Waterway Point.
  6. How long will this initiative last?
    This initiative will last as long as there is sizeable consumer demand for the service. We will expand to more stores if required.
  7. What can I buy through FairPrice Grocery Pick-up?
    You can pre-order from a list of popular essential products, which includes fresh produce, packaged food, beverage, paper, eggs and dairy products.
  8. I can’t find the items/brands which I usually buy. Why are these items/brands not sold here?
    The objective of this service is to ease the purchase of basic items during this period. This is to minimise time spent outside and reduce one’s exposure to the virus where the elderly are most vulnerable. If you wish to purchase a wider variety of products, locate your nearest store at https://www.fairprice.com.sg/store-locator.
  9. With the COVID-19 situation, what measures are you taking to ensure my health and safety?
    All staff are required to wear masks and all work areas will be sanitised regularly. To maintain social distancing, floor markings positioned 1m apart will indicate queue spots.

  11. Are the items sold via FairPrice Grocery Pick-up more expensive than in-store?
    No, prices are the same as our stores. Prices will be adjusted accordingly depending on promotions.
  12. Can I cancel my order after order submission?
    Yes. You may do so upon receiving the order confirmation via WhatsApp from the store.
  13. Can I amend my order after order submission?
    Once an order is submitted, amendments cannot be made.
  14. Can I amend my pick-up date and time?
    Once the pick-up date and time is confirmed via Whatsapp, amendments cannot be made.

Terms and Conditions

  1. For same-day pick-up: Submission of order via digital or hard copy form must be made between 10am – 6pm. All orders must be collected before 9pm unless stated otherwise.
  2. All same-day orders will be ready for pick-up within 2 hours upon acknowledgement for orders submitted via digital form. For orders submitted via hard copy form, orders will be ready for pick-up within 30 minutes. Pick-up time may be longer in the event of overwhelming orders or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Prices shown are indicative amounts. Final receipt amount will be shared only during order confirmation via WhatsApp.
  4. No changes can be made to an order once it has been submitted.
  5. Pick-up time will be communicated via WhatsApp once order is confirmed. Once the time is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
  6. For Self-collection Pick-up: LinkPoints, rebates, Seniors/Pioneer/Merdeka Generation discounts will be awarded accordingly during payment at the pick-up point.
  7. For Drive-through Pick-up: LinkPoints will not be awarded during payment at the pick-up point. Seniors/Merdeka generation needs to be present with the physical card when making payment at the pick-up point in order to enjoy the same discounts. Please note that only major card payments are accepted for Drive-through Pick-up service.
  8. This service is available for Self-collection Pick-up at FairPrice Hillion Mall, FairPrice Yew Tee Point, FairPrice Finest Marine Parade Central, FairPrice Finest Waterway Point, and FairPrice Xtra AMK Hub only. Drive-through Pick-up service is currently available only at FairPrice Finest Marine Parade Central and FairPrice Finest Waterway Point.
  9. If we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided before 8pm on the same day, FairPrice reserves the right to cancel said order.
  10. Service excludes purchase of statutory items (4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO, FairPrice Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards) and cigarettes.
  11. Customers are required to adhere to the prescribed purchase limits.
  12. FairPrice reserves the right to change or update the terms & conditions, information on any product at any time without prior notice.
  13. Personal data including your name and identification may be collected, used, disclosed, and/or transferred by or between FairPrice or its related or affiliated co-operatives and organisations.
