Terms & Conditions

This FPG Visa x FIFA world cup lucky draw Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by FairPrice Group (“Organiser”).

You are eligible to join the Campaign only if you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying Entrants

• The Campaign is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as at the date of participation, with exception to the following:
  • employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members;
  • employees of the advertising, creative and promotion agencies and partners of the Organiser and any parties which are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Campaign.
• The Campaign is applicable to FairPrice Group app users with a Link account.
• You warrant and represent to the Organiser that as at the date of participation, you are aged 18 years and above, otherwise your parent/guardian has consented to your participation in the Campaign after reading and agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions herein which shall be binding on both you and your parent/guardian. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and its affiliates from and against any claim, action, damage, loss, costs and expenses (including legal fees and professional fees) arising from its reliance on your undertaking and representation herein.

Campaign Period and Campaign Mechanics

• The Campaign lucky draw is valid from 30 April 2026 to 20 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”) at participating FairPrice stores, Unity stores, Standalone Cheers stores, Kopitiam outlets that accept pay via FairPrice Group app, Scan and go and online at FairPrice.
• Every $30 spent at participating FairPrice or Unity stores with Visa via the FairPrice Group app (“FPG app”) during the campaign period will be entitled to one chance. All orders need to be placed and successfully transacted in a single transaction within the Campaign Period to be entitled to chances in the Campaign (“Lucky Draw”).
• Every $10 spent at participating Kopitiam outlets or Cheers stores with Visa via the FairPrice Group app (“FPG app”) during the campaign period will be entitled to one chance. All orders need to be placed and successfully transacted in a single transaction within the Campaign Period to be entitled to chances in the Campaign (“Lucky Draw”).
• Payments made with Apple Pay or Google Pay via the FairPrice Group app do not qualify for a Lucky Draw Entry.
• Orders made via Smart cart in-store and Cheers unmanned store or Cheers vending machine do not qualify for a Lucky Draw Entry.
• For purchases made at FairPrice online, the following additional terms and conditions shall apply to be eligible for a Lucky Draw Entry:
  • Qualifying Spend is calculated based on a subtotal amount which excludes promo codes, e-vouchers, delivery charges, service fees and surcharges;
  • Order and delivery must be completed during the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, order made during the Campaign Period but delivery is completed after the Campaign Period will not qualify for a Lucky Draw Entry.
• There is no limit to the number of chances a customer can earn. However, each qualifying participant is eligible to win only one Prize for the Campaign (defined below), regardless of the number of Lucky Draw Entries.
• Qualifying spend will be based on the final amount spent in a single transaction after all discounts, promotions, offers and before any redemption of Linkpoints, unless otherwise stated.
• Not applicable for purchases made by Corporate customers.
• The name of the FairPrice account holder (customer) together with a contactable mobile number and email must be updated in the FairPrice Group app before 20 May 2026. This can be done by going to your “FairPrice Account”, followed by “Edit Profile”.
• Participants must also opt-in to the “Lucky draw” before the actual draw date to be eligible to participate in the campaign. This can be done by going to your FairPrice Group app account, selecting “Preferences” followed by “Lucky draw”, then checking the checkbox that states “Automatically join all lucky draws”. Upon successful update of the foregoing, Lucky Draw Entries will be automatically calculated for every Qualifying Spend.

Draw Schedule & Prizes

Draw Date: 21 – 22 May 2026 (3 Winners)

Each winner will receive a 5-night hospitality package for 2 pax that includes:

• Round-trip flight tickets for 2 (Singapore ↔ Vancouver)
• 5 nights’ accommodation (4-stars), on a twin-sharing basis
• Airport/Transfers
• Daily Breakfast and light snacks available at hotel
• Transportation to/from scheduled events

Prize Fulfilment & Conditions

• Prizes will be issued in the form of a hospitality package.
• Redemption instructions will be provided to winners.
• Winners are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel visas, permits, and entry documentation as required necessarily for travel.
• All prizes are non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Prizes are transferable only at Visa and FairPrice’s discretion.

Draw Mechanics

• All valid entries will be compiled and audited prior to the draw.
• Each participant may win only one (1) prize throughout the entire promotion.
• Draws will be conducted at Level 13, FairPrice Hub, 1 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore 629117, under the supervision of the organising team.
• Winner lists will be published on the promotion landing page within seven (7) working days after the draw.

Winner Notification & Prize Redemption

• Winners will be notified via email and/or mobile within seven (7) working days after the draw, and will have seven (7) days from the date of email posted to respond to accept the prize.
• All Winners are unique and there will not be repeat winners.
• Winners must present valid identification and proof of notification for prize redemption.
• Prizes not claimed within seven (7) days from the date of notification will be forfeited and the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select a new winner.
• Companion of the winner must be of aged 16 years old and above.
• No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should the Prize or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Organiser’s decision on all matters regarding the Lucky Draw is final, conclusive and binding, and no enquiries or appeals, either verbal or written, shall be entertained.

Liabilities

The Organiser, its affiliates and their advertising, creative and promotion agencies (i) makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, merchantability, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Prize, and (ii) to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following:

• Any cost or expense incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign or in the collection of the Prizes by Winners;
• any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with this Campaign or use of the Prizes;
• intervention by unauthorized parties during the Campaign Period;
• electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of Lucky Draw entries;
• any lost unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify any Winners.

Travel Insurance

The Winner and their companion are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, personal accident, and trip cancellation coverage) at their own expense for the duration of the trip. The Organiser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any costs, medical expenses, or losses incurred due to the lack of adequate insurance coverage.

Health & Fitness

By accepting the Prize, the Winner warrants that they and their companion are in good health and physically fit to travel. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, or death arising from or in connection with the travel or any activities undertaken during the hospitality package.

Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Winner and their companion hereby release the Organiser, its affiliates, and its partners (including Visa) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the trip.

Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to grant and authorize Organiser the right to collect, use, process and disclose your name, address, contact information and other personal data, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of:

• The conduct and administration in relation to the Campaign (including without limitation the collection / delivery of Prizes to the Winners);
• Organiser’s promotional and marketing purposes;
• For any and all purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

By submitting the Campaign entries, you acknowledge that in respect of any Information you provided:

• You are authorized to disclose such Information; and
• such disclosure complies with the applicable laws and regulations on data protection.

Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part to allow the use by Organiser of the Winner’s name, image, voice, likeness and/or the fact that the Winner won the Prizes for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further notification, remuneration or compensation.

The winners may be published on the FairPrice Group website after they are verified.

Personal data will not be used for additional marketing purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for prize administration.

General

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics, prizes, or schedule without prior notice.
• All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding.
• Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign.
• In the event of disputes, the Organiser shall have the final decision.
• These Terms & Conditions shall prevail over any promotional materials.
• Governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
• Non-parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B).
