- Can I combine more than 1 receipt that adds up to $30 worth of Housebrand products?
No, combining of receipts is not allowed. Minimum spend of $30 on FairPrice Housebrand products in a single receipt entitles you to one return voucher per receipt only. Date of purchase must fall between 7 – 31 Dec 2020 to qualify. - Do I have to spend $30 on all FairPrice Housebrand items within my basket?
Yes, you will have to spend a minimum of $30 worth of FairPrice and/or FairPrice Gold products in a single receipt excluding all stages of FairPrice Gold milk formula. - Can my receipt consist of FairPrice Housebrand and non-FairPrice Housebrand items in a single receipt?
Yes – so long as the FairPrice Housebrand items within your receipt add up to a minimum spend of $30, you will be entitled to the $5 return voucher. - Can it be any FairPrice Housebrand item?
Yes, it applies for any products with FairPrice or FairPrice Gold logo i.e. Housebrand items. However, this promotion does not apply for all stages of FairPrice Gold milk formula. - If I spend $60 on all FairPrice Housebrand items in a single receipt, do I get more than 1 return voucher?
Thanks for being a loyal fan of FairPrice Housebrand items. You will still be entitled to 1 return voucher only. Do note that splitting of receipts are not allowed per transaction. - How long does it take for me to receive my return e-voucher after submitting a photo of my receipt?
Submission of entries will receive an acknowledgement reply within 1 working day from the same Whatsapp number that you have submitted to. Thereafter, please do give us another 1 – 3 working days to administer your return voucher via an e-voucher. If you do not receive any acknowledgement reply within a day of submission, please kindly check if the WhatsApp number used for submission is correct. - I submitted a photo of my receipt but why am I told that my redemption is unsuccessful?
To qualify for the return voucher, you will need to purchase a minimum of $30 worth of any FairPrice or FairPrice Gold Housebrand items (excluding all stages of FairPrice Gold milk formula) in a single receipt at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra and Warehouse Club outlets only from 7 Dec – 31 Dec 2020. Submission of receipts must be completed before 31 Dec 2020, 2359 hours. - Does FairPrice Housebrand items include Pasar or Golden Chef?
No. It only include items with FairPrice and FairPrice Gold logos i.e. Housebrand items. However, please note that this promotion does not apply for all stages of FairPrice Gold milk formula. - Can I use more than 1 e-voucher in a single transaction?
No. Combining of FairPrice Housebrand $5 return e-vouchers is not allowed in a single transaction. - To use the $5 return e-voucher, can I use it with other discounts?
Yes. Kindly inform the cashier that you will be using this return e-voucher before they start scanning your purchases. - Can I use the return e-voucher more than once?
Unfortunately, this return e-voucher is for one time single use only. - Where can I use my return e-voucher?
You can use it at all FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra and Warehouse Club stores only. Do note that the return voucher is not applicable on Scan & Go, FairPrice Xpress, FairPrice Online, Cheers and Unity stores. - Do I have to give my personal details to participate in this promotion?
No. However, you will need a contact number to WhatsApp your receipt entry to receive your return e-voucher. Your contact number will not be used for any marketing purposes. No. Thank you for being such a loyal fan of FairPrice. You will only be receiving 1 return e-voucher and 1 free Housebrand product. Redemption of the return voucher will still have to be done via Whatsapp and not at the roadshow booth as it is an e-voucher and is being managed centrally.
