Method of Preparation: Ready to heat, requires cooking
- Sausages:
- Pan Fry: Place sausages on a pan and fill the pan with water until it is 1/4 full. Cook until the water has evaporated, then pan fry the sausages for 30 seconds – 1 minute or until there is slight browning.
- Smoked Duck:
- Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C and heat for approximately 20–25 minutes.
- Pan Fry: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
Conditions may vary due to different brands of cooking equipment used.
- Bacon:
- Oven: Arrange bacon on a lined baking tray. Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
- Pan Fry: Place bacon in a cold pan and cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally. Cook for 6–8 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.

Method of Preparation: Ready to heat
- Remove from the packaging 1 hour before reheating.
- Cover with foil and reheat in the oven for 6–8 minutes at 180℃ or until heated through.
- Heat the yuzu sauce gently in a pan and either glaze over the pork before serving or serve separately.
Delicato Traditional Roast Turkey (2.8kg after roasting)
- Chestnut Stuffing 300g
- Cranberry Sauce 150g
Method of Preparation: Ready to heat
- Whole Turkey
- Steaming
- Transfer turkey into a steam-safe container.
- Cover with cling wrap (to avoid moisture seeping in) and steam for approximately 60 minutes or till temperature reaches 60° C and above.
- Roast in a pre-heated oven at 150° C for another 5–10 minutes.
- Turkey is ready to be served.
- Roasting
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Remove turkey from the packaging and place turkey onto an oven-safe tray. Wrap turkey wings with aluminium foil to prevent skin from from burning. Roast for 100–110 minutes.
- Turkey is ready to be served.
- Steaming
- Chestnut Stuffing
- Steaming
- Remove chestnut stuffing from the packaging and transfer to a steam-safe container.
- Cover chestnut stuffing with cling wrap.
- Steam chestnut stuffing over boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Chestnut stuffing is ready to be served.
- Microwave
- Put an additional bowl of water along with the bowl of uncovered chestnut stuffing into the microwave. Reheat on high for 1–2 minutes.
- Chestnut stuffing is ready to be served.
- Steaming
- Cranberry Sauce
- Boil a pot of water.
- Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, and remove pot from heat.
- Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Sauce is ready to be served.
Delicato Black Pepper Ribeye Roast Beef (1kg after roasting)

Method of Preparation: Ready to heat
- Roasted Beef
- Steaming
- Submerge the beef (with packaging) into water maintained at 85–90° C for 22–25 minutes.
- Remove the packaging and place rib eye onto an oven-safe tray.
- Roast for another 5–7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 150° C before serving.
- Using a conventional oven/air fryer
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Remove packaging and place beef onto an oven-safe tray.
- Lightly cover the top part of the beef with aluminium foil. Roast beef for 85 minutes for medium-well beef, 100 minutes for well-done beef.
- Beef is ready to be served.
- Steaming
- Gourmet Sauce
- Boil a pot of water.
- Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, then remove pot from heat.
