FairPrice Store Exclusive Pre-Order

Terms & Conditions

• FairPrice Store Exclusive Pre-Order starts from 15 – 21 August 2024. Collection period from 20 – 28 August 2024.
• Participation in the FairPrice Store Exclusive Pre-Order campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Pre-orders placed are deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects. 
• Pre-orders made for the FairPrice Exclusive Pre-Order are only available for collection after a minimum of 5 days from the date of order. 
• Pre-Order items are on a while-stocks-last basis. Items may run out of stock before the Pre-Order campaign period ends.
• No replacement/refund will be given for orders not collected on the stated collection date. Fresh items may be discarded if order is not collected before expiry date.
• Ordering for FairPrice Exclusive Pre-Order is only available through the FairPrice Group app. Customers are advised to check their order through the app, by clicking into Account > Activity > swipe left to see the Pre Order tab, click into the order details to see the QR code.
• All collections are to be made according to the store collection date, preferred collection time slot and preferred store for collection selected during ordering. You will not be able to collect your orders at any other FairPrice stores.
• If there are unforeseen out-of-stock situations for any of the items within your order placed, we will reach out to you for further arrangements.
• FairPrice promo codes and discount vouchers (both physical and E-Vouchers) cannot be used for payment via the Pre-order feature on the FairPrice Group app. 
• No cancellations and exchanges are allowed.
• Customers can expect to be notified via Push Notifications and Electronic Direct Mail for Pre-orders placed via FairPrice Group app on collection day.
• The FairPrice Exclusive Pre-Order items available for ordering on this platform are not an exhaustive representation of all items available. Some stores may carry exclusive products that are only available in selected stores.  
• The FairPrice Exclusive Pre-Order items are only available for ordering via the Pre-order feature on the FairPrice Group app and not in stores. In-stores prices may differ from what is offered in this Pre-Order campaign. 
• Customers shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order, including without limitation the item(s) selected.
• Pre-orders made via the FairPrice Group app are NOT entitled to Senior Citizen / Pioneer / Merdeka Generation discount.
• Linkpoints issuance is eligible for all orders for Linkpoints eligible skus, with no cap on spending or item quantity.
• FairPrice reserves the right to change or update the terms & conditions or information on any product at any time without prior notice.
• By submitting personal data (as defined under the Personal Data Protection 2012, “PDPA”) to NTUC FairPrice, you consent to NTUC FairPrice’s collection, use, disclosure and processing of the same for the purpose of processing your order, supporting your user experience on our service and related administrative matters in accordance with the PDPA, our Privacy Notice which can be found at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice- , these terms & conditions and applicable laws.
