About the Wines

Treasured Cabernet vines bring a sophisticated subtlety to Wynns’ first Cabernet rosé, a pale copper pink wine bestowed with refined acidity and hints of sweet fruit.

On the nose is the subtle aroma of red rose petals with hints of dried apple. The palate is lovely, dry and mouth-watering crunchy while the finish is long and refreshing.

WYNNS REFRAMED ROSE 2021

This wine, a tribute to the emerging Italian varietals making their mark on Australia’s Limestone Coast, is crisp and refreshing without compromising on body.

Fiano leads with its citrus, pear and spicy characters as well as pithy texture, while Pinot Grigio and Arneis add weight, hints of perfume and savoury notes.

WYNNS REFRAMED FIANO, PINOT GRIGIO, ARNEIS 2021

The long ripening season from Coonawarra’s cool southerly climate has produced an elegant and beautifully balanced Chardonnay.

On the nose are aromas of white stone fruits and poached pear, with praline notes adding depth. The creamy cashew nut texture ends in a clean and flinty lingering finish with light spice and preserved lemon.

WYNNS CHARDONNAY 2017

This classic Wynns blend of four red varieties is a well-balanced, approachable and versatile wine that truly reflects its regionality.

It has rich, dark notes of blueberry and black olive, with red cherry and violets to complete the bouquet. Hints of spicy oak and mulberry leaf add a touch of finesse. On the palate, this wine is succulent, flowing and moreish.

Wynns Cabernet Shiraz Merlot Malbec

Wynns Black Label Cabernet is one of Australia’s most collectable wines and its benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2012 Black Label Cabernet is a poised and beautifully balanced wine. On the nose are diverse aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and black olive, further complexed by notes of liquorice, violets and tobacco. The palate is rich and dark, with supple, powdery tannins and balanced acidity.

WYNNS BLACK LABEL CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2012

Wynns Black Label Cabernet is one of Australia’s most collectable wines and its benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2019 Black Label Cabernet is a perfect amalgam of freshness, balance and power. This intense yet elegant wine has a seamless line of fruit supported by a fine tannin framework. Flavours of red cherry and plum are complemented by notes of walnut and mixed cooking spice.
