About the Wines

Nose: Notes of hawthorn and orange.

Palate: Flavours of citrus fruits, grapefruit and clementine gently blend with those of white peach to produce a harmonious palate offering a vibrant and silky smooth texture. Its saline finish brings pleasant lemony notes.

Champagne Tsarine Cuveé Premium Brut

Nose: Aromas and flavours combine in a whirlwind of red fruits, including notes of strawberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant.

Palate: This elaborate balance gives the wine power and structure. The finish is long, tart and remarkably fresh.

Champagne Tsarine Brut Rosé

Nose: Aromas of passionfruit, guava and melon.

Palate: Loaded with mouth-watering flavours of passionfruit, mango and pineapple. Described as medium-bodied, fruity and fleshy with bright acidity (source: James Suckling).

Rapaura Springs Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2022

Nose: Aromas of fresh apples, butterscotch, honey and vanilla.

Palate: A soft mouthfeel of ripe pears with hints of lemon zest. Balanced, with medium acidity and a creamy finish.

Napa Cellars Napa Valley Chardonnay 2021

Nose: Decadent aromas of white truffle, dark berries, wet earth and dense raspberries.

Palate: Full-bodied, it grows on the palate with fantastic chewy tannins that are polished and intense. Its texture is like a beautifully formed wave.

Clos de L'Oratoire Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé 2016

Nose: Warm plums, black cherries and mulberries with an undercurrent of earth and bay leaves.

Palate: Medium-bodied with just enough fruit and pleasantly chewy tannins, finishing with a herbal lift.

Château Cantemerle Haut-Médoc Cru Classé 2016

Nose: An intense nose that reveals floral aromas of acacia and fruity fragrances of fresh pear and candied apricot.

Palate: A round attack precedes a seductive mouth of minerality. Persistent, the finish exhales tasty fruity notes.
