Use your $300 Climate Voucher at FairPrice
From 15 April 2024, HDB households can claim $300 worth of Climate Vouchers to enable them to be more efficient in their use of energy and water. These vouchers are part of the enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP) launched by the National Environment Agency (NEA) and PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency.
The Climate Vouchers can be used to purchase energy-efficient household products, with new additions such as direct current fans, washing machines and water closets.

How do I spend my climate voucher at FairPrice?
Note: The cashier will separate eligible products from the rest of your purchases to process them as a separate transaction.
You can still earn Linkpoints and enjoy any ongoing and applicable discounts on this transaction.
Complete your transaction by making payment on the balance due (if any) with your preferred payment mode.
Terms & Conditions for use of Climate Vouchers
- Climate Vouchers must be used at FairPrice manned checkout counters, electronic counters (FairPrice Xtra only) and Customer Service Counters.
- Climate Vouchers cannot be used for online purchases and Scan & Go payments or payments at self-checkout counters in FairPrice, FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra.
- Climate Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Cards, FairPrice Loyalty Redemption Programme point accumulation and/or other goods and services.

HDB households (Singaporean/Permanent Resident) can claim their Climate Vouchers by logging on to RedeemSG (go.gov.sg/cv-claim) with their Singpass account.

In accordance with NEA guidelines, a proof of address is required for customers to spend their Climate Vouchers.
You can use the following:
- Digital Climate Vouchers: Customer’s proof of residence (via SINGPASS, NRIC, Utility Bills, Bank Statements, or any government official letters) which match the address printed on the voucher.
- Paper Climate Vouchers: Customer’s name (via SINGPASS, NRIC, Utility Bills, Bank Statements, or any government official letters) which match the name printed on the voucher.
You will not be able to spend the voucher.

Yes. You will have to provide a copy of that family member’s original proof of address to show that it matches the address on the Climate Vouchers.
If you are able to provide an official email from NEA/PUB acknowledging your situation, our cashier may proceed with your purchase. In this case, you are advised to call NEA at 6225 5632 or email nea@redeem.gov.sg.
Refund of products purchased with Climate Vouchers is not allowed.
Exchanges are allowed for defective products only.
The replacement product must be the same as the product bought.

Yes, you may use your Climate Voucher to purchase multiple eligible products from different categories.
No. A transaction must contain only eligible products in order for you to use your Climate Vouchers.
No. NEA does not allow Climate Vouchers from different households to be combined in a single purchase.
