Chef Elvin Chew
Chef Elvin has participated in numerous competitions. He won the title of Overall Champion at the Alen Thong Golden Coffee Pot Young Chefs Challenge in 2016 and 2018.
He was also a finalist for the “Rising Chef of The Year” at the 2018 edition of the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.
Chef Elvin currently sits on the Committee of the Singapore Chefs Association and is an Honorary President Mentor of the Singapore Junior Chefs Club.
Chef Edward Siew
It started out as an interest, then it slowly turned into a passion. Chef Edward first stepped into the world of the culinary arts shortly after secondary school, enrolling in the Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management course at Temasek Polytechnic. Since then, he has held roles at Alma by Juan Amador, The Sapling by SHATEC and 30Bencoolen by Bayview International.
Chef Edward is currently a Culinary Consultant (Operations) with KIAM. SNG. DI. by 3S Food Group, bringing his expertise to Venues Business Projects.
