For Steaming
Purchase any Seabass or Golden/White/Chinese Pomfret to receive these free ingredients for steaming.*
How to prepare a steamed fish dish
- Step 1: Transfer the fish and ingredients from the tray pack to a plate
- Step 2: Add in a pinch of salt
- Step 3: Steam at 100 degrees celcius for 5-6 minutes
- Step 4: Remove the fish from the steamer and add in a dash of garlic/shallot oil and cooking wine
- Step 5: Top with some garnish and serve!
For Frying
Purchase any Seabass/Black Promfet or 3 pieces of Solar/Kempong to receive a free pack of seasoning for frying.*
How to prepare a fried fish dish
- Step 1: Tap the fried seasoning mix on both sides of the fish
- Step 2: Place a frying pan over medium heat
- Step 3: Pour 300g of cooking oil in the pan
- Step 4: Fry the fish with 7-8 mins on each side until golden brown
- Step 5: Place the fish on the plate and serve!
