Many of us grew up on plain old cow’s milk with our cereals, coffee and tea. Today, supermarket shelves are frothing with options to suit every taste, including lactose-free and omega-3 enriched milks. Given that many of us don’t get enough calcium, this variety is great news! Here are six of our favourite choices for you to try.
