Pour out the coconut water from the coconuts. Set aside the coconut water and shells.
Scrape out the coconut flesh and cut it into thin strips. Divide them evenly and place them in the emptied coconut shells.
Pour a bottle of Kinohimitsu Bird’s Nest Beverage – Snow Lotus & Honey into each coconut shell. Add the gingko nuts, then fill the rest of each shell with the reserved coconut water.
