Nothing says ‘communal feast’ better than this all-in-one stew, chock-full of readily available ingredients.

Ingredients
  • Your choice of ingredients like luncheon meat, cocktail sausages, tofu, and enoki, king oyster and shiitake mushrooms, all thinly sliced
  • ½ cup of kimchi, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 litre of chicken stock
  • 1 jar of Naturel Pasta Tomato Sauce with Mascarpone
  • 2 to 3 packets of instant ramen noodles
  • 30g green onions, sliced
  • 1 to 2 slices of cheese
Instructions
  1. In a shallow pot, assemble your choice of ingredients and the kimchi.
  2. Pour the chicken stock and Naturel Pasta Tomato Sauce with Mascarpone into the pot and boil on medium-high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the instant ramen noodles, green onion and cheese.
  4. If you have a portable induction cooker, keep the pot on it and simmer on low heat throughout the meal.
