Sweet, creamy and cheesy — this crowd-pleaser is a quick yet fancy addition to any home party menu.

Ingredients
  • Seaco Canada Frozen Scallops
  • ¼ cup of cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup of white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
  • ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, shaved
  • Sourdough bread (optional)
Instructions
  1. Thaw the frozen scallops to room temperature and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  3. Whisk cream cheese, white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, tarragon and parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  4. Place the scallops in a baking dish and pour this mixture over them.
  5. Let the scallops marinate in the mixture for five minutes.
  6. Bake for five minutes until the topping turns brown. Serve with sourdough bread (optional).
