Terms and Conditions for Donation Drives By participating in FairPrice Group’s donation drives and purchasing specially selected grocery bundles and/or meal vouchers to be donated to the beneficiaries of our charity partners (“Donation bundles”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to participate in any donation drive. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 2. Use of Donations All proceeds from the purchase of donation bundles will support FairPrice Group’s designated donation drive. Contributions will go to our charity partners, who will redeem the FairPrice Group donation bundles as needed. Items in the FairPrice Group grocery bundles may be changed to suit the specific needs of the charity’s beneficiaries; and meal vouchers may be distributed to beneficiaries for redemption of hot meals. 3. Payment Grocery bundles purchased in-stores and online can be paid for using cash, FairPrice vouchers and Linkpoints. However, meal vouchers at Kopitiam and Cantine outlets must be purchased with cash and cannot be bought through the FairPrice Group App. Only credit card payments are accepted for corporate online purchases; orders placed using other payment methods will be cancelled. 4. Refund Policy Purchase of donation bundles are final and cannot be refunded once processed. 5. Tax Deductibility Purchase of donation bundles is not eligible for tax deduction. No tax deduction receipt will be issued. 6. Discounts Donation bundles are not eligible for any discounts and promotions. 7. Linkpoints and Rewards No Linkpoints or other rewards will be issued for purchasing of the donation bundles. 8. Other Applicable Fees Service and delivery fees do not apply to donation bundles. 9. Distribution of Donations FairPrice Group and its charity partners will handle the distribution of the donation bundles. Donation bundles will be allocated to the beneficiaries based on a fair assessment of community needs and in accordance with the objectives of the donation drive. If any donation bundle remains unredeemed by a charity partner, they may be redirected to another charity. FairPrice Group will ensure that all donation bundles are delivered to the intended charities and will not retain any donation bundles. 10. Modification of Terms FairPrice Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels. 11.
