Pre-orders placed are deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects. • Pre-orders made for the Chinese New Year Pre-order Campaign are only available for collection after a minimum of 5 days from the date of order. • No replacement/refund will be given for orders not collected on the stated collection date. Fresh items may be discarded if order is not collected before expiry date. • For orders made through the FairPrice Group app, customers are advised to check their order through the app, by clicking into Account > Activity > swipe left to see the Pre Order tab, click into the order details to see the QR code. • For orders made in-store with a store staff, a physical receipt with the order details and a QR code will be given. • All collections are to be made according to the collection date and preferred collection time slot selected during ordering. • FairPrice promo codes and discount vouchers (both physical and E-Vouchers) cannot be used for payment via the Pre-order feature on the FairPrice Group app. • No cancellations and exchanges are allowed. • Customers can expect to be notified via SMS via their registered mobile number for pre-orders placed in-store and Push Notifications and Electronic Direct Mail for Pre-orders placed via FPG app on collection day. • The Chinese New Year Pre-order items available for ordering on this platform are not an exhaustive representation of all items available.
