Delivery: ● For 7th month packages, the last day of order for delivery is 21th August 2022 and last delivery will be on 26th August 2022. ● Next day delivery is subject to delivery slot availability. ● For bulk orders (20 packages & above), please allow 4 days for delivery upon receipt of order, excluding Sunday and Public Holiday. ● There is a bulk order charge of $26.75 (incl. GST) for every order with more than 600 items purchased. ● Delivery service is available on the main island of Singapore. ● For deliveries to Jurong Island, please kindly contact the B2B Team, db-online-b2b@ntucenterprise.sg ● Click & Collect is not available for 7th month package delivery. ● Customers need to be present to receive the delivered items. There will be a re-delivery charge of $7.00 (incl. GST) imposed after the unsuccessful first delivery. The re-delivery charge is to be handed over to the delivery man. ● Customers who wish to have their purchases left outside the office, FairPrice Online shall not be liable for any damage or missing items. ● There is a cancellation fee of $20 (inclusive of GST) for normal orders and $30 (inclusive of GST) for bulk orders, if a request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to delivery. ● There is a postponement fee of $7 (inclusive of GST) for all orders, if a request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to delivery.
