PREPARATION

• Chicken Soup:
• 1. First boil 500ml of water (about 2 rice bowl)
• 2. Add the sachet of herbs into the boiling water and boil for another 15 minutes
• 3. Clean the chicken and remove its head and feet then place it on the HDPE wrapper
• 4. Apply the boiled herbs onto the skin and inside the body of the chicken
• 5. Wrap chicken with HDPE wrapper followed by aluminium foil
• 6. Steam for about 2 hours under slow fire and is ready to serve
