PREPARATION
- • Directions (Makes about 2 serving):
- 1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quarter of boiling water
- 2. Return to boil, cook for 5 minutes and stir occasionally
- • To serve warm:
- 1. Drain and rinse with cold water
- 2. Drain well
- 3. Serve with Soba dipping sauce
- 4. Garnish with chopped green onions, wasabi and Nori seaweed as desired
- • To serve fried noodle:
- 1. Drain well
- 2. Serve with hot soup base and garnish with chopped green onions as desired
