- • Cooking Method:
- 1. Soak brown rice vermicelli in a pot of water for 10 minutes - 15 minutes until softened
- 2. Drain the water
- 3. Stir fry the brown rice vermicelli with vegetables, meat or seafood (Alternatively, serve vermicelli in hot soup)
- 4. Garnish and serve hot
