- • Directions:
- 1. Soak overnight
- 2. Rinse and place in a large pot and cover with fresh water
- 3. Bring water to a boil for 3 minutes, reduce heat and simmer, cover for 60 - 90 minutes until tender
- 4. The bean will produce foam when boiling so skim the water regularly
- 5. One cup of dry yields 2 cups cooked
