PREPARATION

  • • Directions:
  • 1. Heat up 180ml of water in a pot
  • 2. Add in Satay Beehoon paste and mix well on a medium heat
  • 3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  • 4. Blanch white beehoon and suggested ingredients in boiling water for 5 seconds
  • 5. Drain off the water
  • 6. Portion into individual plate and pour 1 ladle of satay sauce over it
  • 7. Place the side ingredients on beehoon, pour half ladle of satay sauce and serve hot

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • • Store in cool and dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
