Preparation
- • Directions:
- 1. Heat up 180ml of water in a pot
- 2. Add in Satay Beehoon paste and mix well on a medium heat
- 3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- 4. Blanch white beehoon and suggested ingredients in boiling water for 5 seconds
- 5. Drain off the water
- 6. Portion into individual plate and pour 1 ladle of satay sauce over it
- 7. Place the side ingredients on beehoon, pour half ladle of satay sauce and serve hot

- • Store in cool and dry place
- • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
