Preparation

  • • Directions:
  • 1.Bring 1.6L of water to boil
  • 2. Add in 2 filter bags and 2 whole bulbs of garlic(16 cloves)
  • 3. Boil at medium flame for 30 minutes
  • 4. Add in 1kg of pork ribs and 2 packets of soy sauce
  • 5. Boil at low heat for 60 minutes or until meat is tender
  • 6. Serve hot
  • • Note:
  • It is recommended to blanch the raw pork ribs for 1-2 mins prior to cooking
