• • Delivery of Durian will be between 6PM to 10PM for all durian superman order; In the event where you will require durian at an earlier timeslot, kindly contact our Fairprice customer service team to check if it is viable.
• • In the event where there is no customer to pick-up (no show) the durian at the site of delivery at the selected date of delivery, driver will attempt to call customers and also inform them that the durian is placed at the door.
• • In the above scenario, customers will not be offered a refund or redelivery, unless special review is required.
