Keep frozen at -18C. MINIMUM 6 MONTHS (Use by : See packaging (dd/mm/yyyy). The meats are darker in colour due to absence of oxygen and will return to its original meat colour once thawed. Do not refreeze after thawed and consume within 3 days after thawing.
