Method of cooking: 1) Mix Adami Banana Fritter Flour and 500ml of water, blend till smooth and let the batter sit for 1 minute. 2) Dip the bananas into the batter. 3) 1) Heat the oil in a pan/wok for 3-4 minutes and fry over medium heat until golden brown, drain the oil and it is ready to be served.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
