PREPARATION
- 1. Place BBQ Sauce ingredients in a slow cooker
- 2. Add brisket and slow cook
- 3. Remove brisket
- 4. Pour liquid in slow cooker into a saucepan
- 5. Simmer it
- 6. Drizzle brisket with oil then roast it in an oven
- 7. Spread with sauce, then roast it again
- 8. Slice brisket thinly and serve with BBQ sauce
