PREPARATION

  • 1. Preheat the oven
  • 2. Place a roasting tray in the oven to preheat
  • 3. Remove the hot tray from the oven, then add the oxtail
  • 4. Season with olive oil
  • 5. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery to the pan
  • 6. Add bay leaf, thyme, and salt
  • 7. Bring to simmer and cook
  • 8. Toss carrots, parsnips, and turnips in olive oil in a roasting pan
  • 9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • 10. Roast vegetables
  • 11. Add oxtails roasted vegetables in the pan
  • 12. Heat on low heat
  • 13. Serve immediately
