PREPARATION

• 1. Season the steak with salt and pepper
• 2. Heat a medium cast iron skillet over medium high heat
• 3. Place the steak in the middle of the skillet and cook
• 4. Reduce heat to medium low
• 5. Add butter, garlic, thyme and rosemary
• 6. Cook until desired doneness
• 7. Serve immediately
