PREPARATION
- 1. Heat the pan
- 2. Stir-fry beef until almost cooked
- 3. Remove from pan
- 4. Stir-fry garlic, chilli sauce and vegetables
- 5. Add beef, water and oyster sauce into the pan
- 6. Stir-fry for a few minutes
- 7. Serve immediately
