Preparation

  • • Direction:
  • 1. Cook in a pan your vegetables, meat or fish with a bit of olive oil
  • 2. Stuff your cannelloni raw (no need to pre-cook) and dispose them in a baking tray
  • 3. Prepare your bechamel by melting 50g of butter in a large sauce pan, add 50g of flour each litre of milk
  • 4. Whisk the mixture, adding salt and nutmeg and bring to boil
  • 5. Spread the bechamel to cover entirely the cannelloni and Pre-heat the oven at 180°C and bake your meal for 20 minutes
  • 6. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving
