Gently pat it into your skin, focusing on areas that feel dry or dull. 3. Layering (Optional)- For extra hydration, you can layer the toner 2–3 times. Let each layer absorb before applying the next. 4. Follow with Skincare- After the toner, continue with your usual skincare routine: serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen (if daytime).
