Preparation
- • What To Prepare:
- You will need (1/3) cup of water, 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and one egg plus a square pan 23cm x 23cm x 5cm
- • Preparation Method:
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the pan with oil
- 2. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl until well blended (Mixture may be lumpy, do not use electric mixer)
- 3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean
- 4. Cool the brownie for 10 minutes in pan and serve
