Our pasta is bronze extruded and low temperature dried -this careful method produced pasta of exceptional taste and vitality. Biona pasta is made in a traditional Pastificio in the Dolomite mountains of Northern Italy. Our ingredients are simple - only the best quality organic Durum Wheat and Alpine water. Produced in a family pastificio, with a tradition stretching back three generations, using the finest Durum wholewheat semolina and mountain spring water.
