KEY INFORMATION

TH-series filter paper is created by CAFEC for specialty coffee enthusiasts to bring out the best of each roast & origin. At thickness of 0.22mm (TH-2), the filter paper has medium paper density & 2-side crepe. This allows you to achieve a cup with enhanced body & sweetness with an initial high but later restricted flow rate. Suitable for darker roasted coffee. Compatible with any cone-shaped drippers with 60 degree angle e.g. Hario V60, CAFEC Flower Dripper, Kono Dripper and Origami dripper.

COUNTRY/PLACE OF ORIGIN

Japan

PREPARATION

Prewet the filter paper in the dripper with hot water to reduce papery taste while warming up the cup or server. Pour ground coffee into the filter paper & subsequently, hot water over the ground coffee. Allow the water to steep with ground coffee & filter through the filter paper.

STORAGE INFORMATION

Store in a cool dry place
