• The Vin Santo from Castelgreve is made from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes. The fragrance is complex with a scent of raisins and aromas of apricots, figs, dried fruits, slightly woody. It is aged for 36 months in small wooden barrels to develop its aromas. Full and warm on the palate, slightly sweet, silky, with a long, beautiful aftertaste. As a dessert wine, it goes very well with traditional almond biscuits (cantuccini) or cheese. The Vinsanto is sweet and fruity.
