PREPARATION

Recommended dosage:
- 30-100ml daily for adults. Drink as it is or dilute 30-50ml in a cup of water, depending on your preference. Take it before or after a meal.
- If you want to cut down on your food intake, it is recommended to consume the enzym 30 minutes before your meal. If you tend to have digestive or heartburn issues, taking it after meals can help improve digestion.
- It is possible to drink more than the recommended amount as long as you are on a balanced diet daily. For enzyme fasting, you may drink up to 150ml a day.
